  • I reserve the rights to refuse a commission. Do's and Don'ts for art

  • Please provide references upon acception of your commission.

  • Posting your commissions is 100% fine, just include credit to me as the artist

  • As the artist, I retain full rights over the created image, to share w.i.p's, and post it on my social media. UNLESS you specifically request otherwise.

  • Payments are exclusively through PayPal (USD) and must be paid in full when the art is completed before I send you the files.

  • Additional Characters, Complexity or NSFW artwork will have an additional cost. Costs per content

Asset TOS:

Upon purchase/use of my assets or models you automatically agree to these terms.

  • Any use of these assets MUST have credit to me: Kitahra#9828 or a direct link to my gumroad.

  • You cannot re-use my assets if taken off of another model, you must get your assets through my store or discord.

  • Re-sale of assets only allowed on fully finished models.

  • Asset use is prohibited on free models unless stated otherwise.

  • INDIVIDUAL resale/distribution (including edits) is STRICTLY prohibited.

  • All sales are final. No refunds.

  • You are allowed to purchase items for others, however you will be at fault too if that person breaks TOS.

Any additional characters are +80% of the initial cost,Simple backgrounds are $3 and more detailed backgrounds are $10,NSFW, depending on content can range from $10-$20+you will be given an estimate price upon request, before the commission begins
